Check out this directory to grab all of the libraries required to build the
Annodex core tools.  See the BUILD_ORDER file for the order to build things
in.  Note that you should build all the libraries from xiph.org (such as libogg
and libvorbis) before building the libraries here.

expat (required for libcmml) and libsndfile (required for libfishsound) have
also been imported into this repository for convenience.
